Senior Architect - AJ100 Practice

A leading AJ100 architectural practice with studios across the UK is seeking a talented Senior Architect to join its thriving Birmingham team. The practice works across multiple sectors and project types, in areas such as Residential, Education, Commercial and Mixed Use amongst others. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a fully qualified Architect with around 5 years’ post-qualification experience who is ready to take on more responsibility, contribute to major projects and play a key role in a collaborative, design-driven studio.

The Role

As a Senior Architect, you’ll work across all RIBA stages, leading positions from concept through to technical delivery. You’ll contribute to concept development, lead packages through detailed design, coordinate with consultants and clients, and support the delivery of high quality, buildable solutions.

What You’ll Bring

• Fully qualified Architect with approx 5 years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong design skills with the ability to contribute to concept and early-stage development
• Solid technical knowledge and confidence delivering projects through later RIBA stages
• Experience across residential, mixed-use, education or commercial sectors
• Proficiency in Revit (highly desirable)
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage project workflows
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with clients and stakeholders
• A proactive, collaborative approach and enthusiasm for high-quality design

The successful Senior Architect will be offered a salary in the region of £43,500-£50,000 negotiable dependent on experience. Along with discretionary bonus, hybrid working and flexible hours amongst other benefits and incentives.
