Description

• Manage and process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process payment runs in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve invoice queries.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc administrative duties.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and financial regulations.

Profile

A successful Senior AP Clerk should have:

• Experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
