The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and development of high-performance antennas and RF solutions deployed in demanding real-world environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and optimise antenna solutions for airborne, maritime and land-based applications.Perform electromagnetic modelling and simulation using industry-standard tools.Develop antenna architectures to meet challenging performance, size, weight and environmental requirements.Conduct antenna measurements and validation activities, including anechoic chamber testing.Support RF system integration, troubleshooting and performance optimisation.Analyse and interpret test data, producing technical reports and recommendations.Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including RF, electronics, mechanical, systems and software engineers.Su...
