Successful candidates will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of projects while maintaining strong relationships with local authority clients and key stakeholders.Whether you''re an established Quantity Surveyor looking for your next contract or a Senior Quantity Surveyor capable of leading commercial activities across multiple projects, we''d be keen to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the commercial performance of highways and infrastructure projects.Prepare and submit applications for payment, valuations, variations, and final accounts.Produce accurate cost forecasts, budgets, and monthly financial reports.Administer NEC contracts, including compensation events and change control.Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.Procure and manage subcontractor packages and accounts.Work closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered in line with commercial and contractual requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ..... full job details .....
