Due to continued and rapid growth, we’re on the hunt for a Senior Analytics Manager to join us in Treasury, leading the analytics function in our Ledger and Safeguarding teams. The role is located in Shoreditch, London.What you’ll be doing
Leading a team of 3+ analysts responsible for
Curating datasets, surfacing metrics, sizing opportunities, and deep dive analysisBuilding and maintaining critical data pipelines and dashboardsPerforming data reconciliations and hunting down and explaining discrepancies
Liaising with FX, Liquidity and Operations teams to understand how to improve your teams’ processes to achieve lower costs and risks and these areasHelp stakeholders shape and understand what they want and need, and help the team shape their work to fit that needYou’ll be hands on with your team, leading by example and demonstrating best practiceWho you are
5-6 years experience as an analyst and 2-5 years leading others (can be overlapping)Strong analytical abilityMathematical background with a solid grounding in statisticsAdvanced SQLPython/RAble to write clean code, build efficient data pipelines, and coach these behaviours in othersProven stakeholder management skillsDemonstration of impact/going above and beyond basic role requirementsDesirable
Familiarity with DBTData modelling in a warehouse contextExperience working in a highly-regulated and audited environmentExperience working with Financial data and ledgersImportant information
