You''ll work on transactions ranging from £2m to £25m, building experience across the full investment process. As an Associate, you''ll join an entrepreneurial real estate investment business where you can gain broad transaction exposure, contribute to investment decisions and develop relationships with borrowers and funding partners. The team operates across a range of real estate financing scenarios, with an entrepreneurial environment and exposure to different aspects of the investment process. Key Responsibilities Analyse and structure senior and mezzanine real estate development loans from £2m to £25m. Build and review financial models, undertaking sensitivity, scenario and quantitative analysis to support investment decisions. Execute transactions through underwriting, due diligence, credit papers and Credit Committee processes.
