About this role We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Logistics Intelligence team within One DNA, our central data organisation. This role sits at the intersection of Data Science, Product, and Logistics, translating complex model performance and operational data into commercially sharp, executive-ready insight. You will investigate opportunities to improve the delivery experience, investigate our ETA prediction model from a business and operations perspective to surface commercially important gaps, and craft clear, compelling storylines that influence decision-making at the highest level. The ideal candidate is a strong analyst who thinks like a strategist and communicates like a consultant, being equally comfortable writing complex SQL and presenting a storyline to the Global Head of Logistics.
