Description

We are seeking an experienced

Senior AML Manager

to assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of AML policies and procedures in line with Group and AIFM requirements.

Acting as the key liaison for transaction-specific queries, managing AML reporting, and overseeing AML risk assessments to identify and mitigate financial crime risks.

This role reports to the Head of Compliance, enhancing Arrow Global’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) framework.

About The Role

Ensure compliance with AML regulations, policies, and procedures across multiple jurisdictions.Manage AML due diligence, monitoring transactions, conducting risk assessments, as well as providing strategic guidance on AML-related matters.Conducting due diligence for non-platform fund transactions, managing ongoing portfolio monitoring.Regular collaboration with internal and external teams, driving process improvements, and delivering training on AML practices.Staying updated on regulatory changes and industry trends while providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

More About You

Minimum of 5-7 years'' experience, (with consideration for candidates with more extensive relevant experience), in AML, financial crime, or compliance within asset management, banking, or financial services.Strong understanding of AML regulations, including AMLD, FATF, FinCEN, and other relevant regulatory frameworks as well as exposure to OFAC and other agency sanctions requirements.Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring junior team members.Demonstrated ability to manage complex AML investigations and decision-making processes.
