      <description>Location: Filton | Salary: &amp;pound;65000/annum | Type: Permanent | The Senior Algorithm Engineer role in GCN (Guidance, Control, and Navigation) is a highly visible, strategic position, working with a highly capable technical team. This role presents a rare opportunity for hands-on technical involvement, research and strategy steering, without line management duties.    Salary : Up to £65,000, depending on experience   Dynamic (hybrid) working : 5 days per week on-site due to workload classification   Security Clearance : British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship  Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
