Experienced in managing software engineering teams running core AI/ML services and/or ML systems at scalePrevious experience with hands-on work and shipping products in an AI and/or ML domain, like recommender systems, NLP, information retrieval, relevance, ranking, or large language models.Strong track record previously as an individual contributor having engineered and shipped services and features at scale.BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Machine Learning; or significant practical experience in software engineeringPreferred Qualifications

A proven track record of leading, motivating and building strong software teams – enabling engineers to do the best work of their lifetimeProven experience as a leader having set technical direction and strategy in the form of technical roadmaps and executing on it.A vision of how to build modern recommendation systems and how to engineer modern ML-driven pipelines, APIs and services at scaleAttention to detail and a strong passion for quality – experience architecting, designing and developing high quality personalisation experiencesAbility to effectively communicate with multi-functional teams about product requirements, system architecture, APIs and project ..... full job details .....
