Senior AI Automation Engineer £100,000-£120,000 London or Birmingham Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office We''re looking for a Senior AI Automation Engineer to join a growing specialist AI engineering capability within a major UK company. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing and delivering production-grade AI applications, intelligent agents and automated workflows within a large, governed enterprise environment. You''ll work across Microsoft Copilot, Python, Power Platform and Azure, combining modern software engineering with AI and workflow automation to build solutions that move beyond proof-of-concept and into real-world production use. The role You''ll sit at the intersection of AI engineering, software development and intelligent automation, taking ownership of the technical design and delivery of AI-powered solutions used across the business. Your work will include: Designing and building AI agents and multi-step automated workflows Developing production-grade Python services, APIs and automation pipelines Building solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform Orchestrating workflows across Copilot Studio, Azure AI / Azure AI Foundry and internal enterprise systems Integrating AI applications with existing platforms through REST/GraphQL APIs and event-driven architectures Developing reusable connectors, tools, services and agent capabilities Designing agent orchestration, tool-use and integration patterns Building CI/CD ..... full job details .....
