This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced underwriting professional to take ownership of a diverse agricultural portfolio while contributing to underwriting strategy, broker development and long-term business growth.Your Roles and Responsibilities:While in this position your duties will include, but are not limited to:Underwriting new and renewal agricultural business in line with underwriting appetite, authority levels and governance requirementsAssessing, pricing and negotiating complex agricultural and rural risks to achieve profitable underwriting outcomesManaging a portfolio of agricultural accounts and monitoring performance against business objectivesDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with regional and national broker partnersSupporting retention and new business growth through effective broker engagement and business development activityUnderwriting a range of agricultural and rural exposures including farm property, agricultural machinery and equipment, livestock, rural ..... full job details .....
