Senior Agile Delivery Manager

DVLA are looking for a Senior Agile Delivery Manager to support a major, multi-year transformation of its vehicle services, helping to modernise digital products used by millions of people across the UK. You will lead and support agile squads working with modern, cloud-based technology and have access to their renowned agile learning Pathway. Permanent role, hybrid working from Swansea (60% office-based), £57,515 plus 29% employer pension contribution and excellent Civil Service benefits.About the roleAs Senior Agile Delivery Manager, you will support agile squads delivering digital products as part of DVLA''s multi-year vehicle services transformation. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove blockers, support planning and delivery activity and help teams work effectively across Scrum, Kanban and other agile approaches.You will have direct line management responsibility for developers and testers within the squad, supporting their performance and development.
