This is not a purely administrative role; you will be embedded with engineering teams, navigating technical trade-offs, and driving the end-to-back software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities 1. Hands-on Agile Delivery Team Leadership: Act as Scrum Master / Delivery Manager for software engineering teams on a day-to-day basis. Ceremony Management: Lead high-impact sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Flow Optimization: Actively remove blockers, manage scope, and maintain delivery momentum across sustained periods of active build. 2.
