Develop and execute advocacy and influencer strategies rooted in current cultural landscapes and emerging social trends to keep the brands at the forefront of consumer consciousness.Identify micro and macro trends, viral moments, and shifts in consumer search behavior; translate them into actionable, impactful campaign opportunities.Craft strategies that integrate advocacy with broader media plans (paid, earned, owned) to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion across the full marketing funnel and omni-channel business.Lead end-to-end management of influencer campaigns, product launches, and content initiatives from ideation to execution and optimization.Collaborate with brand marketing, digital, creative, and PR teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaign delivery.Drive innovation in content formats and engagement tactics across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).Partner with retail media and e-commerce teams to leverage conversion-driven plans with key retail partners.Oversee external agencies and platforms for influencer identification, relationship management, and campaign execution; manage budgets and timelines with clear KPIs.Act as an internal advocate for advocacy and influencer marketing, securing buy-in from stakeholders across departments; collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable campaigns with a localised lens.Implement tracking and measurement frameworks; report on brand sentiment, engagement, reach, impressions, traffic, and sales impact; present insights to senior leadership.Manage internal reporting processes related to advocacy and influencer marketing and ensure budget stewardship.Who You Are
Progressive experience in influencer marketing, social media management, and digital marketing within the consumer luxury beauty, fashion, and lifestyle industries.Proven track record of developing and executing large-scale influencer campaigns that drive measurable business results.Deep understanding of social media platforms, creator culture, and emerging digital trends; you live them.Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills with a genuine love for connecting with people and fostering communities.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all levels, including senior leadership and global teams.Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data into strategic insights.Excellent presentation skills to craft and deliver compelling narratives to diverse internal audiences.Experience managing and optimizing external agency relationships; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Proactive, collaborative, and able to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.What We Offer
