Our regulatory remit in Fitness to Practise and Registrationb. Policy development and our public and administrative law obligationsc. Legislative development and draftingd. Commercial law, including procurement, contracts and corporate obligationse. Employment lawf. Information lawg. EU lawh. Human rights and equalities legislationi. Criminal enforcementAreas of Responsibility: - Provide accurate, timely and risk-based legal advice to GDC colleagues, the Registrar and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) on a wide range of legal issues.- Contribute to the delivery of the GDC''s Corporate Strategy by providing legal advice, reviewing legislative proposals, and working with colleagues in other teams to assess risks and opportunities.
