Senior Advice and Triage Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and organised Senior Advice and Triage Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of the HAP Advice Line and provide high-quality supervision and support to the volunteer team. The Senior Triage Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the Advice Line is appropriately staffed and operates effectively, with a strong focus on telephone coverage, volunteer support, casework quality and service monitoring. Working closely with the other Triage Supervisor and the HAP Project Lead, the postholder will also contribute to service development by identifying emerging areas of client need, supporting outreach opportunities and providing data and information for project reporting. The role will initially focus primarily on the supervision and management of the Advice Line. Once the Advice Line has reached capacity with volunteers and the HAP Project Lead is in post, the role will develop into a 3-day Advice Line Supervisor / 2-day HAP service support position. ..... full job details .....
