Senior Adoptions Engineer (Legal Agreements)

We are working with a local authority situated in the-West Midlands and London-in their search for an-s278/38 Engineer-with the skillset to be able to aid the-Highways Adoptions-team by conducting both-s278-and mainly-s38-agreements on behalf of a local authority.

A key element of this role is working with the authority to-overlook the designs-post the developer has their planning application assessed. Your input would enable to agree so the council can make permanent changes to the highway network to enable the approval before it commences.

Additionally, local authority experience of-s38 agreements-would be required given you''d be responsible for implementing these for the developer to build new infrastructure-(or not)-to support the assessed development.

The highway schemes will include work such as; a mix of rural and urban sites.

• This role lands inside IR35, contracted for 6 months initially, with the option to renew.
• WFH hybridity is available, would be appreciated to come into the offices once per week.
