This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about property investment.As a Senior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the organisation, ensuring smooth workflows and contributing to the overall success of the team.Key Responsibilities:Managing the onboarding process for new clients and setting up jobs within CRM systems.Conducting KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.Maintaining accurate compliance records and supporting regulatory requirements.Liaising with internal compliance teams and external stakeholders when required.Supporting team meetings and maintaining Work in Progress (WIP) records.Managing databases, client contacts and mailing lists.Providing diary management and coordinating internal and external meetings.Booking travel arrangements, including trains, flights and accommodation.Organising client events, meetings and hospitality requirements.Raising invoices and maintaining accurate financial records. ..... full job details .....
