Senior Administrator - HYBRID
Location:
Edinburgh City Centre
Working week
: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (2 days of the week would be required in the office)
Start date: As soon as possible
Salary: -27,500

We''re looking for a proactive and highly organised Senior Administrator to join our client''s team. This is a key role responsible for managing a broad range of administrative functions, including membership services, meeting coordination, professional development support, and financial administration.

Responsibilities:

Committee & Council Coordination
Organise quarterly Council and Committee meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking. Collaborate with leadership and staff to ensure smooth meeting execution and follow-up.

Membership Administration
Maintain and update the CRM database, manage subscription collections, handle member enquiries, and oversee communication distribution. Act as a primary contact for general queries and provide reception support.

Appraisal & Revalidation Support
Administer the appraisal service, liaise with external providers, manage scheduling and matching, maintain records, and issue related documentation and invoices. Provide helpdesk support and coordinate committee meetings.

Accreditation Process Management
Process accreditation applications, support assessor panels, compile reports, and maintain applicant records while ensuring timely communication.

Financial Administration
Manage day-to-day financial transactions, reconcile accounts, support budgeting, and collaborate with external financial partners. Assist in preparing financial reports and ensure policy compliance.

General Administrative Support
Maintain internal documentation, perform routine office tasks, support policy compliance, assist with AGM and elections, and provide cross-team administrative assistance.
