      <description>Location: Westhoughton | Salary: &amp;pound;26000 - &amp;pound;30000/annum | Type: Permanent | Senior Administrator. Westhoughton. -26k - -30k doe. 34.5 hours per week! Mon-Thur 9am - 5pm, Fridays 9am - 1.30pm.  A well established manufacturing firm based in Westhoughton are looking for an experienced Administrator to join a team of 5 in their HR and Payroll department to train as a Payroll Co Ordinator! Training will be given and role duties will include;    Processing weekly for circa 350 staff who are based across various sites (UK based) using a clocking system.   Ensuring hours are inputted correctly, checking for missing or incorrect entries and liaising with site managers regarding any anomalies   Recording holiday, sick pay, maternity/paternity leave   Calculating any overtime payments are paid correctly   Making amendments to employee details   Entering new starters onto the system and ensuring that leavers are sent the correct paperwork   Ensuring full compliance with current payroll legislation at all times   To be successful, you will have previous experience in a senior administration position and the ability to pick things up quickly in a fast paced environment.
