An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and proactive Senior Administrator to join one of our clients - a dynamic, forward-thinking business based in Stirling - on a permanent basis.We''re looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and brings energy to everything they do. As part of a close-knit team, you''ll support senior leaders and regional staff, playing a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture.

What You''ll Do

In this varied and hands-on role, you will:

  • Deliver professional administrative support to the Business Support Manager and Stirling-based teams, including holiday cover and assistance to the Executive Board.
  • Attend and take minutes at management meetings, ensuring prompt follow-up on actions.
  • Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, room bookings, and hospitality for senior leadership events, while maintaining schedules and documentation for regional Gateway meetings.
  • Coordinate electronic and ink signatures for key contractual and compliance documents.
  • Support IT equipment allocation (laptops, iPads) for new and existing employees, and oversee ordering and management of office supplies, PPE, and mobile phones.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for senior staff and project teams.
  • Coordinate monthly cash and card expense submissions and approve invoices for payment via COINS.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support as needed.

  • Highly organised - able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Determined and dependable - takes ownership of their work and follows through.
  • Experienced in a busy admin role, ideally in a similar environment.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of SharePoint, Office365, and COINS (desirable).
  • First Aid and/or Fire Warden trained (or willing to gain qualifications).
