      <description>Location: Horwich | Salary: &amp;pound;20.00/hour | Type: Contract | Senior Administrator – Facilities Management - 6 Month Contract – Remote Working – (Umbrella Pay) £20 per hour     Summary   The Senior Administrator – is responsible for the strategic oversight, governance, and day-to-day management of maintenance backlogs across Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, Corrective Works, and Billable Works activities. This role leads the Backlog Administrator function, ensuring backlog performance is monitored and backlog reduction initiatives are driven effectively. The Senior Administrator prioritises workloads, identifies risks and blockers, and ensures work progresses in line with contractual commitments and service level agreements.     Acting as a key support function to Key Account Managers, the role provides operational insight, financial oversight, performance reporting, and administrative leadership to ensure successful contract delivery.
