As our Senior Activity Coordinator, you''ll play a leading role in shaping and delivering inspiring short breaks, weekend clubs and holiday programmes for neurodivergent children and young people aged 5 to 25. Working closely with the Hub and Short Breaks Manager, you''ll help create safe, inclusive and engaging experiences that reflect the interests, aspirations and individual needs of the young people we support. From developing new activities and mentoring volunteers to supporting programme delivery and service improvements, you''ll help shape a service where every young person feels valued, included and able to thrive.
