They have a tonne of freedom and funding to develop some advanced tech, incorporating ML DSP implementation, and balancing of extreme loudness with crystal-clear intelligibility. Responsibilities + Lead the acoustic design and optimisation of products + Implement and tune complex DSP algorithms such as Noise Suppression, AEC, AGC, and EQ + Use FEA and COMSOL simulation tools to predict acoustic behaviour and guide the mechanical design team. Requirements + Strong experience in audio product development + Advanced proficiency with acoustic simulation software and audio measurement hardware + Proven ability to use MATLAB or Python for data analysis and rapid prototyping + Strong understanding of electro-acoustic transducers Bonus Skills: + Experience in tuning and porting DSP algorithms to embedded platforms + Familiarity with various wireless communication protocols (e.g., DMR, P25, LTE).
