Salary: -45,000 to -55,000 - Surrey

An established and highly regarded acoustic consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Acoustic Consultant to join their growing team in Surrey. With a long track record of delivering innovative solutions across the UK and internationally, the consultancy offers a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious consultant to progress toward Principal level.

As a Senior Acoustic Consultant, you will work on a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, education, and healthcare developments. Based in Surrey, you''ll take responsibility for managing client relationships, leading project delivery, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring all work meets the highest technical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading acoustic assessments and design across multiple sectors

• Building strong client relationships and delivering expert technical guidance

• Applying knowledge of BB93, BS8233, and Approved Document E

• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues within the Surrey office

• Preparing detailed reports and ensuring compliance with industry standards

About You:

• 5+ years'' experience in acoustic consultancy

• Strong expertise in building acoustics and environmental noise assessments

• Proficiency in software such as CadnaA, ODEON, or SoundPLAN

• Excellent client liaison, project management, and technical reporting skills

• Degree in Acoustics, Engineering, Physics, or related discipline

• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
