Senior Acoustic ConsultantLocation: ChesterSalary: 35,000 - 45,000Aztrum is delighted to be working with an established and growing independent environmental consultancy in their search for a Senior Acoustic Consultant to join their team based in Chester.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced acoustician who is looking for greater autonomy, responsibility and involvement in a genuinely varied range of projects.The successful candidate will join a close-knit specialist team delivering acoustic consultancy services across the UK, working with clients across the residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, education and development sectors.Unlike many larger multidisciplinary consultancies, this position offers the opportunity to become involved throughout the complete project lifecycle, develop strong client relationships and play an important role in the continued growth of the acoustics team.RequirementsCandidates should ideally have:4+ years'' experience within an acoustic consultancy environmentA degree in Acoustics, Physics or another relevant discipline and/or the IOA Diploma in Acoustics and Noise ControlStrong knowledge of environmental and/or building acousticsExperience undertaking environmental noise surveys and assessmentsExperience using acoustic modelling software such as CadnaA, SoundPLAN, INSUL, ODEON or similarExperience preparing fee proposals and project costingsA full UK driving licenceDutiesAs a Senior Acoustic Consultant, you will be ..... full job details .....
