There is no such thing as a typical day however your responsibilities would include: • Take ownership of key areas within the accounts function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting • Prepare monthly management accounts, providing clear insight to support business decision-making • Work closely with budget holders and operational teams to understand performance and provide financial guidance • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, helping to track performance against plans • Review and maintain balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies • Assist with statutory accounts preparation and support external audits • Improve and streamline processes to make the finance function more efficient and value-adding • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and relevant financial regulations • Get involved ..... full job details .....
