Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst Location: Norwich Working Pattern: Full-time, hybrid working Salary: £30,000 Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their established finance team in Norfolk. This is a senior position within the Accounts Receivable function, offering an excellent opportunity for someone with strong AR experience who is confident dealing with complex queries, client relationships and escalated issues. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the wider team, maintaining high standards of service and ensuring outstanding balances are managed effectively. The Role As Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst, your responsibilities will include: Supporting the management of the Accounts Receivable team and deputising for the Team Leader when required. Acting as a key point of contact for clients, handling calls and written communication professionally and confidently. Supporting the training and development of new and existing team members. Preparing accurate arrears and accounts receivable reports. Producing regular reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Monitoring outstanding balances and proactively chasing overdue payments. Handling complex escalations from other members of the AR team and providing guidance and support.
