Your new role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to manage customer invoicing, track incoming payments, and ensure timely collections. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer accounts, addressing billing disputes, and ensuring accurate financial records. This role is crucial in managing cash flow and maintaining strong customer relationships.Key responsibilitiesDaily Tasks:Generate and send invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely distributionAssess and update customer credit limits based on payment history and financial reviewProduce Bank Reconciliation spreadsheet for Santander, JPM and Online Credit CardsApply payments to the correct customer accounts and invoices in the accounting systemGenerate and Send Deposit Exception ReportWeekly Tasks:Produce Weekly Aged Debtor Report Each Monday Review the Accounts Receivable (AR) Ageing Report to track overdue accounts and prioritise collection efforts. Escalate significantly overdue accounts to Sales Owner/ EPM or Management and recommend next steps for collections.Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances, working to secure payments.Monthly Tasks:Generate and send customer account statements to provide visibility into ..... full job details .....
