Senior Accounts Payable Professional

Key Duties

• Build relationship with Suppliers
• Providing guidance to-internal and external suppliers
• Dealing with non-compliant invoices with guidance
• -Escalate urgently legal actions / on stop situation
• Training suppliers on invoice processes and procedures
• Management of high volume emails and P2P procedures-

Key Requirements

• Experienced Accounts Payable Specialists working to senior level
• P2P experience and management of high volume emails-
• Experience of training suppliers on invoice processes, attending teams meetings
• Be available immediately to take on a long term temporary opportunity-
• Be able to commute Harefield - ideally car driver to able get-to location easily
