The role also offers exposure to a dynamic environment where change, growth, and improvement are all part of the journey.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and overall integrity of the balance sheet.Support and oversee month-end and year-end close processes.Ensure strong financial controls are in place and maintained across key accounting areas.Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.Support SOX compliance, controls testing, and documentation where required.Review and challenge accounting treatment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Provide guidance and support to the wider finance team on technical accounting matters.Contribute to process improvements and help drive efficiencies across the accounting function.What ..... full job details .....
