This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on practice professional to manage their own portfolio while managing the accounts team and an offshoring team. The role would suit either an experienced Manager or a Senior Accountant looking for a managerial role. Key ResponsibilitiesManage a client portfolio, primarily sole traders and small limited companiesPrepare and review accounts, personal tax returns, VAT, CIS, bookkeeping, and MTD requirementsAct as the main point of contact for clients, building strong long-term relationshipsManage and support the accounts team as well as a outsourced teamReviewing work and ensure workflow managementReporting directly into Senior Manager and Managing DirectorWork across TaxCalc, Quickbooks and cloud-based accounting software platformsKey RequirementsACCA/ACA qualified (PQ or QBE candidates are encouraged to apply)Strong experience within an accountancy practice environment operating a managerial rolePrevious experience managing a team (managing an offshore team is highly beneficial)Confident managing a client portfolio and being client-facingExperience across accounts, personal tax, VAT, bookkeeping, and CISKnowledge of TaxCalc, Quickbooks, Xero and SageOrganised, approachable, and hands-on in ..... full job details .....
