Senior Accountant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join our team in either the Colchester or Clacton-on-Sea office! We are open to full-time candidates (36 hours per week) or part-time candidates (minimum of 28 hours per week over 4 days).We are looking for candidates who are AAT/ACCA qualified or are qualified by experience and have a minimum of 5 years'' experience within a practice environment. Key responsibilities of a Senior Accountant will include:Producing accounts for clients (limited companies, sold traders, partnerships, LLLPs, charities and groups)Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering a consistently high standard of serviceManaging your own workload to ensure assignments are completed accurately, on time and within budgetPreparing and reviewing VAT returns and assisting with tax compliance where requiredMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax ..... full job details .....
