Working as part of a collaborative Accounts and Business Advisory team, the successful candidate will manage a varied portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounting, compliance and advisory services while building strong, trusted client relationships.This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious practice professional looking to take on greater responsibility in a supportive environment that encourages career development and continuous learning.Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as a key point of contact throughout the year. Prepare and review statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and groups. Prepare management accounts and VAT returns for a range of clients. Support clients with accounting and tax compliance while ensuring work is delivered accurately and on time. Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value through additional services. Promote cloud accounting solutions and support clients with digital accounting processes. Work closely with managers on planning assignments, meeting deadlines and delivering excellent client service.
