The Role:
As Senior Accountant, you will take responsibility for a varied portfolio of clients, delivering a full range of accounting and financial services. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality outputs while supporting junior team members and working closely with managers and partners.
Key responsibilities of the Senior Accountant include:

• Preparing statutory accounts for a range of clients including SMEs and limited companies
• Producing management accounts and financial reports
• Preparing and reviewing VAT returns and tax computations
• Liaising directly with clients, providing clear and proactive support
• Supporting junior staff with technical queries and development
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and deadlines

To be considered for this Senior Accountant position:
The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA or AAT qualified (or part-qualified with strong practice experience). You will have a solid background in an accountancy practice, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
You will also be:

• Confident in client-facing situations
• A strong communicator with a collaborative approach
• Keen to progress your career within practice
