This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practice accountant looking for a varied role with responsibility for a portfolio of clients and exposure across accounts, tax and general accountancy services. The RoleAs Senior Accountant, you will work closely with clients and the wider team, taking responsibility for delivering a high-quality service across a varied portfolio. Your key responsibilities as Senior Accountant will include: Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as a key point of contact and building strong working relationships. Preparing statutory and management accounts for a range of businesses. Preparing and reviewing corporation tax and personal tax returns. Supporting clients with day-to-day accounting queries and providing practical financial guidance. Assisting with VAT returns and other compliance requirements. Reviewing accounts and tax work prepared by junior members of the team, where appropriate. Liaising directly with clients to obtain information, resolve queries and ensure deadlines are met.
