Senior Accountant

Sewell Wallis is recruiting for multiple roles based in Practice! Are you an experienced Senior Accountant with qualifications in ACA/ACCA and looking to grow in a large organisation with huge progression opportunities? What will you be doing?The main responsibility for the Senior Accountant will be to assist with the accounts for limited companies and sole traders.Working within a team of accountants to cover all necessary workload.General bookkeeping duties.Responsible for monthly VAT returns.Preparation of year end accounts.Using Microsoft Excel and other accounts systems, eg, Sage. What skills do you need? At least two years within a Practice environment.Previous experience dealing with Ltd. Companies within a practice.Experience with VAT and knowledge of month and year end accounts.A positive and proactive attitude towards work.Preferably, people management exposureWhat''s on offer?
