The ideal candidate will possess a strong background across general practice and have experience working within a client facing capacity.ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation of statutory accounts / financial statements while also reviewing the work of junior staff.Provide tax support and tax planning advice across VAT, corporation tax and self assessmentSupport with management accountsResponsible for bookkeeping duties using systems such as Xero, Sage and QuickBooksProvide support, training, and mentorship to junior finance team members to encourage their development.About YouProven experience within a practice setting at Semi Senior or Senior levelStrong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero,Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise tasks in a timely mannerExperience mentoring or supervising junior team members is desirable but not essentialIdeally AAT and/or ACA/ACCA qualified or studyingExcellent communication skills with previous experience of dealing with clients directlyWhat''s on OfferAn opportunity to work with ..... full job details .....
