Senior Accountant Lancaster Salary to £45,000 + Excellent Benefits and Hybrid Working Reed are delighted to offer the following role with a well-respected regional accountancy firm based in Lancaster Our client is seeking an experienced and qualified Accountant to join their growing team in a client-facing position. This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA or ACCA qualified professional looking to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of SME clients whilst providing technical accounting and tax expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, reviewing technical work, supporting team development, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service across a varied client base. The Role As a Qualified Accountant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing work completed by junior team members, and delivering expert accounting and taxation advice. You will work closely with management whilst supporting both clients and colleagues across a broad range of accounting matters. Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of SME clients across a range of sectors. Conducting client meetings both virtually and face-to-face. Preparation and completion of statutory annual accounts. Reviewing and signing off work completed by junior team members.
