Description Manage a portfolio of SME clients, acting as the main point of contactOversee the preparation of statutory accounts, management accounts, and VAT returnsReview work completed by junior team members to ensure accuracy and complianceProvide practical business advice and identify areas for improvement or efficiencyBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsMonitor workflow, deadlines, and service delivery standardsSupport and develop junior staff through mentoring and on-the-job trainingEnsure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirementsPromote best use of accounting software and digital tools to enhance client service Profile ACA/ACCA qualified or ACA/ACCA part-qualified (or equivalent experience)Solid background in accountancy practice with experience preparing year-end accounts and VATConfident reviewing work and taking ..... full job details .....
