This is a hands-on role combining client-facing responsibilities, technical accounting expertise and team leadership.Key responsibilities will include:Managing a portfolio of owner-managed businesses, sole traders and limited companiesReviewing accounts, tax returns and management accounts prepared by junior team membersPreparing statutory accounts in line with current accounting standardsAdvising clients on accounting, tax and business mattersBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsSupporting the development and mentoring of junior accountantsManaging workflow, deadlines and resource planning across the practiceAssisting with practice growth initiatives and identifying opportunities within the client baseEnsuring compliance with relevant regulatory and professional standardsWhat you''ll need to succeed To be successful in this position, you will ideally ..... full job details .....
