Senior Accountant . This role will report directly to the

Finance Manager .About the role

The core duties of the role will include (but not limited to):Management of AR functionInter-company reconciliationsVAT preparation and filingSupport junior team membersWhat you\''ll do

Manage the end to end receivables function, issue sales invoices, credit notes, manage credit control responsibilities and debtors analysis. Execute any customer queries/requirement which may arise.Prepare and update monthly revenue reports to support the UK Managing DirectorBank reconciliation across foreign currency accountsManage the monthly payment run processIntercompany sales billing and reconciliationsSupport year-end statutory accounts processes and liaise with auditorsMonthly WIP preparation and revenue recognition in line with IFRS 15Quarterly VAT preparation and filingLiaise with Media team stakeholders to support budgetary spendProvide cover and support during team members holidays and or sicknessSupport operational processes and identify areas for improvementWhat you\''ll need

Previous work experience as an Accountant, Receivables Manager or similar roleExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Knowledge of a second language (Italian preferable), a plusKnowledge of SAP accounts packageA working knowledge of accounting functions and financial reportingIntermediate MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)Organizational and time-management skills, along with a problem-solving attitudeAttention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.This is an opportunity for enthusiastic and energetic individuals who genuinely wants to learn and make a difference being part of an exciting, challenging new-media marketing agency environment.Benefits
