Senior Accountant

HW Finance are pleased to be working with a successful UK manufacturing business in South Yorkshire to recruit a Senior Accountant to look after the day-to-day of one of their main sites.About the role:This role sits within the Operational Finance function, and has ownership of one of the business''s main sites, responsible for end-to-end reporting. This is a hands-on and varied role, working closely with the Management team on site to support with decision making.Key Responsibilities:Business partner on site management team to support with strategic decision makingOwnership of PandL for the site, including month end reporting, annual budgets and forecasting processesIdentify risks and opportunities through financial analysis to achieve business unit targetsInvolved in costing initiatives and providing relevant analysisPerformance reporting for both internal and external stakeholdersBecome a clear right hand person for the operational teamAbout You:ACA/ACCA/CIMA QualifiedHands-on end to end reporting experience Strong business partner, and ability to work with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to prioritise workloadCommercial mindset to support strategic decision makingManufacturing/industrial experience What''s on offer:Competitive salary circa £60-70k (dependent on experience) + packageSenior Finance role with ownership of day to day finance for the site and exposure to senior stakeholdersOpportunity to join a large business with strong development and progression ..... full job details .....
