Senior Accountant - Renewable Energy Business - London Your new company A PE-backed, Renewable Energy business based in Central London is seeking an experienced Interim Senior Accountant to join their finance team on a contract basis with the potential for permanency down the line. The business is heavily asset-focussed and will win over a dozen projects by 2026. Your new role As an interim senior accountant, you will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements for SPVs, consolidating and reporting across multiple entities and have oversight over the full budget and forecast process. Moreover, you will manage the relationship with auditors and external stakeholders and support the project finance teams with financial modelling. What you''ll need to succeed Proven experience managing SPV structures, ideally in energy, infrastructure, or real assets. Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS, consolidations, etc.) and experience with complex group structures and intercompany arrangements. Ideally, a background in audit is preferred.
