They are now looking to strengthen their Accounts team with the appointment of a Senior Accountant.This role would suit an experienced practice professional looking for a position that offers a mix of technical work, client interaction and team leadership, whilst providing clear opportunities for progression.The RoleWorking closely with senior leadership, you will manage a portfolio of clients and play a key role in delivering a high-quality service across accounts and tax matters.Responsibilities include:Preparing and reviewing year-end accountsPreparing corporation tax returns and director personal tax returnsManaging a portfolio of owner-managed business clientsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsActing as a key point of contact for clientsReviewing work completed by junior team membersProviding coaching, mentoring and support to developing staffManaging workflow and ensuring deadlines are metMonitoring client profitability and identifying opportunities to improve fee recoverySupporting wider advisory and business development initiativesIdentifying opportunities to introduce additional services to existing clientsThe CandidateThe successful candidate will ideally have:ACA ..... full job details .....
