Senior Accountant - Accountancy Practice Harrow (Hybrid) £40,000 - £55,000 DOE Butler Rose Public Practice is delighted to be supporting a well-established and growing accountancy firm in Harrow in their search for a Senior Accountant to join their Business Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified practice professional to manage a varied client portfolio while working closely with Managers and Partners in delivering high-quality accounts, tax, and advisory services.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of owner-managed business clientsAct as the main day-to-day contact, building strong client relationshipsPrepare and review statutory accounts under FRS102 and FRS105Prepare and review management accountsPrepare and review corporation tax computations and CT600sReview VAT returns and advise on compliance mattersSupport on personal tax and partnership tax returnsAssist with capital allowances and MTD requirementsReview work prepared by junior staff and provide guidanceSupport client onboarding onto cloud systems such as Xero Key RequirementsACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)3 - 5 + years'' experience within a UK accountancy practiceStrong technical knowledge across accounts and corporate taxGood working knowledge of IRIS and XeroExcellent communication and client-facing skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlinesWhat''s on OfferCompetitive salary depending on experience25 days holiday + bank holidaysHybrid and flexible ..... full job details .....
