      <description>Location: Hereford | Salary: &amp;pound;50000 - &amp;pound;100000/annum | Type: Permanent | An accountancy practice based in Ross On Wye-(hybrid working) is currently recruiting a Senior Accountant to join their team.  This is a newly created role through organisational growth so the induvial coming into the position would be given a client base but the employer is keen on and needs someone who enjoys the more communicative side of accounting and is comfortable with the business development elements.- For this a very favourable bonus scheme is offered.  Duties will include:    Accounts preparation for a range of clients   Tax calculations and dealing with all subsequent queries   Assisting clients with business advice based upon financial performance   Proactively asking for client referral and recommendations, helping grow the organisations client base   As the client base grows, developing and mentoring more junior members of staff   The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified and have worked in practice previously.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.&lt;/p</description>
