This is a key role reporting directly to the Group CFO, offering real ownership, visibility, and influence across the business.You''ll play a central part in ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting for the UK and Group, while overseeing technical accounting areas such as VAT, tax, payroll, and system controls. This role would suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail but also wants to contribute commercially and strategically.The Role Deliver accurate, high-quality financial results on timeReview and challenge financial data, strengthening controls and processesProduce balance sheet analysis and insightful reportingMaintain accurate cash-flow forecastingOwn accounting system administration (Sage 200; prior Sage 50)Prepare UK VAT returns and P11Ds, ensuring full complianceControl bank authorisations and weekly/monthly payment runsComplete FX and investment revaluationsOversee payroll processing for c.30 employeesProduce weekly and monthly dashboard reportsAct as a key contact for external auditorsCollaborate with the US finance teamProvide cover for finance colleagues when requiredSupport and develop the Finance Assistant (PL/SL) About You Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA)Strong management accounts ..... full job details .....
