Preparing, sending and submitting accounts and tax returns for a portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. Providing training, mentorship and technical guidance to the accounting team and wider business where appropriate. Checking and reviewing accounting and taxation work produced by the team, offering constructive feedback and support. Communicating with clients by phone, email, social media and in person, including chasing records where needed. Onboarding new clients into the portfolio, including initial bookkeeping and compliance handovers to the relevant department.
